RETURNS POLICY
We always want to make sure your little piece of Disney is in perfect shape! The below returns policy outlines guidelines for returning faulty or damaged products purchased from the Disney100 Pop-Up Stores, operated by Alquemie Retail Partners:
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- All returned products must be accompanied by an itemised invoice/receipt.
- If a product is defective or damaged upon opening, we will gladly process a return and either provide a replacement or a refund if:
- The item can be returned and assessed at a pop-up store; or
- Sufficient photo evidence and a description of the fault is provided to our Customer Care team at customercare@alquemieretailbrands.com.au; and
- The item is returned to our Customer Care team for assessment (please keep proof of postage to be reimbursed once fault verified).
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
